1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the SMS-native utilities provided by JustReplies ("Service"), you agree to be bound completely by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to authorize our platform to interact with your business accounts.

2. Description of Service

JustReplies provides an API integration pipeline that monitors public reviews left on your linked Google Business Profile, runs a localized generative model to draft contextual responses, and delivers those responses via SMS to your designated phone number. The user retains absolute control over when, how, or if these drafts are published to Google.

3. User Responsibility & Human Approval Shield

By using this service, you acknowledge that JustReplies leverages generative language models to construct response drafts.

Because you maintain an active, Human-in-the-Loop operational relationship with the platform, you are entirely responsible for the content of any review response published through your account. JustReplies does not possess autonomous writing authorization. When you reply with an approval command via text message, you certify that you have read, verified, and accepted the accuracy and tone of the draft. JustReplies shall not be held liable for any damages, brand impacts, platform suspensions, or client disputes resulting from published text that you explicitly authorized.

4. Carrier Compliance and Usage Rates

Our outbound review request features allow your personnel to send targeted invitation prompts to your consumers. You certify that you will only trigger invitations to customers with whom you have a pre-existing transactional business relationship. Standard text message and carrier data rates apply to all communications routed to and from JustReplies via Twilio telecommunication pipelines.

5. Third-Party Platform Terms

Your usage of this platform is dependent on your continued adherence to the terms and guidelines dictated by Google, including their specific rules on local map management and review moderation. If Google suspends your business page or revokes your API user tokens due to independent violations, JustReplies bears no operational liability or financial refund obligation.

6. Termination of Services

JustReplies operates on a transparent, contractless month-to-month subscription utility basis. You may deactivate the software loop and disconnect your Google credentials at any point. Upon cancellation, your multi-tenant subscription row is deprecated, and background webhooks from Google are instantly dropped.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall JustReplies, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from systemic API updates, downtime, or carrier message dropouts.
